DAYS OF OUR LIVES.

It's been weeks or a month already I guess since I updated my blog. Sheesh. Twas really nakakatamad to type kasi. Well. I'm sure this'll be a long entry. haha!

The past few weeks, was like. HELL and HEAVEN. Grabeeeeeeee! I'm all mixed up! starting with our finals week. Gahd. Wala namang mahirap sa nursing-TRUE. But then, we really have to evade every crisis that will come. There will really come a time that, you'd feel so helpless and sometimes, insulted.
Through it all, I was confident enough that I will pass our NCM102 (majority says that it's the most crucial semester. I guess not. It still depends on YOU. *wink) and yeah, I'm now welcoming NCM103 with arms wide open! haha! It's going to be a busy summer of duty and again, studying. whew!!!


After our academic year comes graduation. AU REVOIR SENIORS! We were tasked to usher the clinical graduation last March 19, 2008 and that was really TIRING!!! Lalo na ang tumayo ng ilans oras! hahaha! We had lunch @ The Cruise-MOA together with all our clinical instructors. Twas fun anyway :))) After the clinical graduation the commencement exercises and as one of the non-graduating SC officer, we were tasked to usher the said event AGAIN. We were really "mabenta" by then. haha! congratulations to our dear SC president, JUN and our 4th yr. representative, ATE MIA. We will miss you! =)





After the events was our final defense. I felt a sight of relief at last! We're done in our thesis WITH flying colors :)) all our sacrifices took it's end point. It was ALL GOOD. There were minor revisions but then the rest of our paper was so so fine. And with that, I'm very much happy. Good job NURSES AS MOTIVATOR TEAM!










Next in the line was our PRISM launching. It's an oragnization promoting rapport and involvement among schools in MUNTIPARLAS initiated by San Beda College-Alabang. We've been working it out for how many months and we are really thankful that the launching last March 31, 2009 was a success! =) I'm gonna miss the graduating ones.

So many lived experiences. Imma relate it on the latter I guess. Haha! So long for now. .

RECAP.

The past week was really a busy one. It's like I'm caught up by a whirlwind with a BLAST. LOL. I can't remember every little detail of what had happened to me.All I can remember was: It was francine's birthday week (27th) she's the most bright kiddo ever. She's even my favorite cousin ;))

We had a meeting with my co-PRISM officers at Starbucks-BF (Hell. I got home around 12am already. HAHA), the weekend was a boring one. We weren't able to get our thesis done partially because our professor's on a leave. GAAAAAAAAAHD. I wouldn't make side comments about 'tis anymore. HAHA!

MONDAY (March 2-oooohh. it's march already ü) - It's our last week of clinical duty. Same routine. PLUS!a bunch of horror stories. I remember what our clinical instructor told us, "may hospital bang walamg multo? lahat naman ng hospital may namamatay." ARGGH. That was creepy!! We even stayed in a room where deceased bodies were laid before. OH GOD. HAHAHA!


TUESDAY (March 3) - Everything's fine/ We had a long quiz before went home. I didn't expect that I will get a high grade talkin' about dosage and calculations----my most-hated. HEHE.
Oh. and "PRETTY" (<-that's a codename.) visited me during our dinner break at the hospital. ;)) Sweet.







WEDNESDAY (TODAY!) - We had our case presentation. I thought there will be stern panel around. Good thing, Ma'am Jean asked us to transfer. HAHA! (grace under pressure) Less hassle. SO..... "Hiodi kami ginisa ng bonggang bongga" LOL. I'm experiencing dysmenorrhea for the moment. Ugh. It sucks BIG TIME. :s

NCM102-GUT

It's our 102 lecture from 1-5pm. Ma'am Wendy's on the line. WHEW. really tough. we had 4 quizzes in 4 hours. so how was that?! LOL.

Everything's goin' well. Not to mention our thesis. HAHA! i don't have nothing to say today. argggh.

SHEER PLEASURE

I haven't updated my blog since weekend due to so many workloads. HAHA! We've been to laguna with the whole family for ate kit's birthday bash. GAHD. Twas so fun. The place's so nice. It's haven! :)) I love the mirrors around. Really cool place. :)) Well. I also got the chance to bond with my relatives. Im full with the chitchats and all. Whew. I also forgot that I'm on a diet. LOL.

The past few days were great. There may be struggles-YES. Say for example, when my head is knocked off in the pool. GEESH. I got a "bukol" there. HAHA! Monday came and my C.I plus the ER nurse (the soooooooo makulit nurse, calvin) teased me "girl buks" because of that. WTF!!!! HEHE.


And so. It's tuesday. HELL. It's our case presentation tomorrow!! We've been there, done that. But we're still on ther verge of nowhere. I guess so. HAHAHA!

THESIS DAY. AGAIN.

THESIS - kelangan pa ba talaga 'to sa nursing?? COME ON!!! hahaha. Hindi pa ba enough yung clinical duty namin plus case presentations namin every after 2 weeks? plus mga libro na super duper mega expialidocious kapal plus mga C.I na napakalupit plus puyatan??? (KULANG PA YAN) LOL! :p


Today's Paranaque day. So walang pasok. (swerte na sana. rest day. fun day. PERO HINDI) we should get our thesis done. "Nursing Care Rendered Among Chronically Ill Patients In Selected Hospitals In Paranaque In the Year 2008" <<- yan ang title namin. Not that bad. Compared naman sa before: "Cognitive Restructuring on Depression of Personally Disdorders in Geriatric Patients in NCMH, 2008" ->> mas malala diba? We're not up for our masterals yet. AND. I don't have plans either. HAHA. Good thing hindi naman sakit sa ulo mga thesis mates ko. I mean, they're my friends. So alam na namin yung mga kanya-kanyang attitude and "behavioral disorders" ng isa't-isa. HEHE. We've been to Taguig. In fairness, naikot na ata namin buong Fort Bonifacio sa ginawa namin. But twas fun. :)) Hindi din super hassle 'tong araw na 'to. Yun lang, broke nanaman kami. Ang daming gastos. Tapos. Pagod ka pa. So how was that??

I've got so many "reklamos" right?? LOL. It's normal. For me. HEHE. Im looking forward for a good feedback on our thesis tom. ü We did our very very best with that :)) I almost forgot. It's valentine's day tom.! Whoa! Single-Awareness Week. HAHA. I'll be spending the weekend with the family. It's ate kit's luau party and we're all kinda excited tom. - I hope tatee's there too. =( Im sure he'll be watching us up there while we're having our utmost fun in the party.

LOVELIFE: ooohhhh. it's good. I think. Im learning to take things slowly because of this someone. Im the type of person who's always on the rush with everything kasi e. Well anyways, Im happy with this case. Pati dieting ko siya motivator. HAHA! :))

TEACHER'S DAY.

HAPPY TEACHER'S DAY! :)) I'm feelin' well already. HAHA! it's fishball time!

CHASING PAVEMENTS.

WEDNESDAY. Sir Ferrer, our clinical instructor for 2 weeks asked us to have our duty at school for the bloodletting. We spent time taking V/S (vital signs-blood presure,respiratory rate,pulse rate) except temp. of our colleagues who will donate their "precious" blood. :)) Twas not a tiring one. I just feel so sleepy and my head aches like hell but right now atleast it's paying off. whew.
Today's not a sooooooo-good day. Im not feeling okay. Im sad? Yeah. Maybe. Im not so sure and I don't know why. It's weird. YES. HAHA!

He's not yet texting me today. Arrrggggh. Im saving myself of not texting him either. Maybe he's just busy with his thesis thing. He's really serious when it comes to his studies. I KNOW THAT. :)) Im getting used having him around always already. I mean, yea, I think or he thinks we're just friends. But for me . . . . . . Ugh. I suck. I was talking to "bading" (vanessa) last night and I told her how "loser" we are when it comes to love. Don't we deserve something special? someone right for us?
HERE I GO AGAIN.

INEFFECTIVE COPING RELATED TO EXHAUSTION.

MONDAY- I woke up early. around 3:45am I think. But then, I came to the hospital LATE. Make-up duty nanaman!!!!! LOL. But I can say, it's fun there. Nurses are very kind and accomodating to us. :))
Im broke coz we got lots of stuff to buy. GAHD.







TUESDAY- I'm too much pressured. I don't know what to do first. But I'm happy. I was able to see someone dear to me eventhough we only had about 45mins. together. He said, "Haggard ka ata ngayon?" HAHAHA! Then and there, I got sooooooooooooooo shy. I looked like a monster. LOL. I don't know if he likes me or what. I don't wanna ask. I don't want to assume something either. Hopefully, this time. it's real.


Im really tired and sleepy. . .

SUNDAY MADNESS

Today's sunday. And it's my rest day after a tiring week. SOOOOOOOO BORING. HAHA! I can't really take it to be stuck at home with nothing to do. Like BUMing around. HAHA! :)) Tomorrow's the start of our clinical duty again. Still have lots of work to do. Phew.

MIDTERMS. BADMINTON. :))

Midterm exams' over. :)))))))) The crisis is over for the moment coz we still have our thesis to finish. HECK. We deserve to get enough rest and sleep right? LOL.

Well. Today's really a fun one, talking about the "after-exams" escapades. While we were waiting for our other friends at the parking lot, we played "mataya-taya" like lil kids do. Twas funny seeing us in our uniforms running and chasing around the school's parking lot. People stare at us as if we were the only people there. I got so tired after that running thing. HAHAHA! We've decided to play badminton instead of just making "tambay" somewhere afterwards. Good thing mum allowed me to go with my cronnies. BUT. I still got my 7-8pm curfew. LOL. POOR ME.



Nessa (I call her " babes"- my bestest best buddy), Jason (I call him "jesong"- babe's beau), Kim and Lorraine and me played @ our school's badminton court. We really had fun although we got sooooooooo exhausted after. It's still the fun that counts anyway. HEHE.


Time to log off for now. It's thesis day again tom. *sigh

It's my first entry and am still overwhelmed. HAHA! I enjoy the "blogging" stuff but then my schedule's giving me a BIG pain on the ass. Thanks to "bading" for parting her knowledge about this blogspot thing. :)) I sooooooo love her for that.

It's our exams week. Hell. We're so hooked up, but then we're still keeping our spirits up. After all, we have to be responsible enough about 'tis.
